Pope Francis to embark on his most dangerous tour

Today the Pope will travel from Rome to Nairobi, Kenya, where he will visit the President and authorities. The most dangerous destination the Pope will be visiting is the Central African Republic, considered a failed state, on November 29 and 30. At first it was thought that the Pope would finally cancel his visit to these countries given the unstable situation created after the terrorist attacks in Paris, but the pope has chosen to keep his agenda intact despite the high risk. On this trip, Pope Francis is to support the coexistence between Christians and Muslims.

Today Pope Francis begins his most dangerous tour. For six days he will visit the most troubled countries in Africa such as Kenya, Uganda and Central African Republic. «Please pray for me, » he asked on Sunday after the Angelus.
