United Arab Emirates signs a $1,880 million deal for advanced surveillance aircraft.

The Dubai Airshow begins with a number of military purchases, among them, UAE’s $1,880 million deal with the Swedish Saab to improve their air surveillance radar. The Airshow expects to receive 65,000 visitors.
