Spain approves court appeal again Catalonia’s secession

The Spanish Council of State has ratified the government’s decision to appeal the resolution approved by the Catalan Parliament. The government calls for “the suspension” of Artur Mas, Carmen Forcadell and other 19 Catalan officials.
