U.S. believes to have killed “Jihadi John”, ISIS executioner

United States has launched an airstrike in Syria that has “with almost complete certainty” killed the Islamic State terrorist known as “Jihadi John”, who appears in the execution videos of Western hostages.

British Mohammed Emwazi, dubbed Jihadi John, participated in the execution videos of journalists James Foley, Steven Sotloff and Kenji Goto, and aids Peter Kassig, David Haines and Alan Henning.
