First driverless vehicle in Spain successfully concludes Vigo–Madrid route
The car adjusts its speed and even passes other vehicles depending on the other vehicles, speed limits and infrastructure, as reported by the company. This is the first autonomous car ride that takes place in Spain on the open road after the Traffic Department recently announced its authorization.
An autonomous PSA Peugeot Citroen successfully completed the Vigo – Madrid route. The vehicle traveled 599 kilometers without a driver by highway and expressway in six hours.
