According to the South Korean Intelligence Service (NIS), Choe, member of the Workers Party and so far one of Pyongyang’s most visible figures, has reportedly begun to work on the farm this month as punishment for problems with the hydroelectric plant near the North Korean border with China. The North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, has sent Choe Ryong Hae , considered his ‘number two’, to work at a farm as punishment for his mismanagement of a hydroelectric plant project.
