Proof of this is GCHQ ‘s initiative, which has painted street ads at hotspots in the UK, such as in Shoreditch, where there are many digital start-ups. The ad reads: «GCHQ? Technical Opportunities at gchq-careers.co.uk.» The words also appeared in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Wolver Hampton.
