Under state of emergency, France has carried out 414 searches

Since the French government on Friday declared a state of emergency throughout the country due to the Paris attacks, 414 searches have been carried out, which have led to 60 arrests and the seizure of 75 weapons, including 11 of war.

In addition to extending the state of emergency for three months, the French government authorized police to carry their service weapons when off duty, even without the obligation of wearing a bulletproof vest.
