A “conclusive study” on coffee: more consumption, lower mortality risk
The study is based on the habits of 167.000 women and 40.000 men. Walter Willet, responsible for the study, says a “regular consumption of coffee is inversely linked with risk of premature mortality.” The results are similar among those who drink decaffeinated coffee because caffeine is not key.
