According to the South Korean Intelligence Service (NIS), Choe, member of the Workers Party and so far one of Pyongyang’s most visible figures, has reportedly begun to work on the farm this month as punishment for problems with the hydroelectric plant near the North Korean border with China. The secrecy of the North Korean regime makes it virtually impossible to verify such information.
The North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, has sent Choe Ryong Hae , considered his ‘number two’, to work at a farm as punishment for his mismanagement of a hydroelectric plant project.
