Ford allows starting your car with your smartphone in newer models

Opening the windows or starting the engine will be done remotely in the next Ford models, with the help of a smartphone app. The first model to include this system will be 2017’s Ford Escape.

Currently only luxury brands offer this mobile function. The Ford app, Sync Connect, also shows consumption statistics, information from the temperature, battery and oil gauges, among other things. It also allows you to locate your parked vehicle with GPS.
